1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by The Wellness Drops ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

2. Description of Services

The Wellness Drops provides mobile intravenous (IV) therapy services in the Central Florida area. Our services include vitamin infusions, hydration therapy, and custom IV formulas administered by licensed healthcare professionals in the comfort of your home, office, or other approved location.

All IV therapy treatments are administered under the supervision of licensed medical professionals with over 30 years of nursing experience.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Our IV therapy services are intended to supplement your overall wellness routine and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services do not replace the care of your primary physician or specialist.

The statements made regarding our products and services have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on IV therapy services for emergency medical treatment.

4. Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk

Prior to receiving IV therapy, you will be required to complete a health screening questionnaire and provide informed consent. By consenting to treatment, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• IV therapy carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, bruising, soreness at the injection site, infection, inflammation of the vein, allergic reaction, and air embolism.
• You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, allergies, medications, and pre-existing conditions prior to treatment.
• Results from IV therapy may vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
• You have the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time.

5. Eligibility & Health Screening

Our services are available exclusively to adults aged 18 and older. We do not provide IV therapy services to minors or pediatric clients.

Prior to your first appointment, you will be required to complete a health intake form. Our healthcare professionals reserve the right to decline service if, in their professional judgment, IV therapy is not appropriate for you based on your medical history or current health status.

Certain conditions may disqualify you from receiving IV therapy, including but not limited to: congestive heart failure, kidney disease, certain allergies, pregnancy (without physician clearance), and other conditions as determined by our medical staff.

6. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments are scheduled by calling or texting (407) 479-8484. We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once an IV infusion has begun, no refunds will be issued for that session.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, staffing issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Payments

All services are self-pay. We do not accept insurance or file insurance claims on your behalf. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Pricing is subject to change. Current pricing will be communicated to you prior to scheduling your appointment. Additional charges may apply for travel outside our standard service area.

8. Service Area & Mobile Service Terms

We provide mobile IV therapy services throughout the greater Central Florida area, including Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Kissimmee, Sanford, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, Clermont, and surrounding communities.

You agree to provide a clean, safe, and appropriate environment for the administration of IV therapy. Our healthcare professionals reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

A travel fee may apply for locations outside our standard service radius. This will be communicated at the time of booking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Wellness Drops and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wellness Drops disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
